Check out this meal you can prepare that is guaranteed to satisfy your hunger and it's low in calorie. Take one boneless, skinless chicken thigh, brown it in a pan. Then add 1/2 a cup of mushrooms, 3/4 cup of water, 2oz of soy sauce, 2 table spoons of vinegar, quarter onion, garlic powder and then slow cook for 30 minutes. About 7 minutes before it's done, add some raw broccoli slaw slices.

Then serve hot. When finished, it comes out like a soup. Serve in a bowl. This meal only has about 150 calories! The mushrooms, onions and broccoli has a total of 40-50 calories and the chicken has around 150 calories. This is a very satisfying small meal that can keep you on track with your diet.
