Want to hear a diet tip that is difficult but totally worth it? Here it is:  don't eat after 9pm. Yes that's easier said than done. Here's what typically happens, let's say its been about 2 hours since you last had food and that was a big meal at dinner. But as you relax and are  watching your favorite shows, you get bored and want to have a snack. You're not really hungry, but more so you're just bored.

Instead of  ignoring the desire to snack, you give into it. But if you resist that urge, you are able to save yourself as much as 500 extra calories which will translate to lost weight later on. Think about it, if you had that bowl of ice cream, you can easily consume a few hundred calories and that right there can sabotage your diet.
